Founder and Principal Designers

Meet Bradley & Peter

Bradley and Peter transform residential and commercial spaces across the country with a shared ethos: a masterful balance of the raw and the refined. Leading a full-service interior design studio, they bring craftsmanship, quality, and a timeless sense of innovation to projects ranging from renovation to ground-up construction.

Their creative partnership is rooted in rich personal histories—Bradley’s formative years in his grandfather’s Mississippi upholstery shop, and Peter’s early fascination with architecture and the expressive power of space. Together, they bring a rare depth and authenticity to every project.

As proprietors of Dixon Rye—named by Architectural Digest as one of the Most Beautiful Home Stores in America—Bradley and Peter have curated an elevated retail experience informed by their biannual sourcing trips to France, Italy, Africa, and beyond.

At their studio, they lead a team of designers to create deeply personal, richly layered spaces that honor their clients’ individuality and the enduring power of exceptional design. Their work has been featured in Architectural Digest, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Veranda, and beyond.

“There’s an old-world glamour to Studio Dixon Rye’s interiors that comes from pairing rich materials like dark woods and dramatic marble with delicate decorative details. It’s not all so serious, though—you’ll find plenty of expressive sculptures, faunal prints, and even the odd disco ball too.”

Architectural Digest

“Aiming to bring youth and vigor to the somewhat serious abode, the couple looked no further than ‘Studio Dixon Rye’, a design firm whose work they felt could be as much at home in New York or Los Angeles as in Atlanta.”

Luxe Magazine

“A flock of soaring cranes encircles this Atlanta dining room, emphasizing the design team’s goal of creating entertainment-centered public spaces to contrast the more relaxing private rooms. Throughout, modern pieces with the texture and patina of antiques reflect the historic character of the estate.”
