Condor Chocolates crafts bean-to-bar chocolate in small batches, sourcing high-quality Ecuadorian cacao and doing the full production in their Athens, Georgia workshop. The brothers Nick and Peter Dale oversee every step by hand, from roasting and grinding to molding, ensuring both flavor precision and artisanal care. Their bars often highlight single-origin beans and locally inspired ingredients, producing chocolate that’s nuanced, transparent, and distinctly handcrafted.
