Ellis Sideboard

The Ellis Sideboard pairs a clean, architectural silhouette with the rich character of bookmatched burl wood. Four paneled doors showcase the dramatic natural grain, accented by delicate brass escutcheons and set within a substantial framed case. Short tapered feet complete the piece, giving its classic form a refined, understated presence.

Each piece is crafted in Italy using traditional methods rooted in historic furniture making. Forms are shaped by hand, with careful attention to proportion, balance, and surface detail. Whether executed in wood or metal, materials are worked slowly and deliberately—turned, forged, finished, and assembled to honor the integrity of the original design. The result is work that feels both precise and human, where subtle variations speak to craftsmanship rather than production.
