Grade D | Tweedy Linen

Tweedy Linen is a richly textured upholstery fabric woven from a blend of Belgian linen, viscose, and polyamide. Its tweed-inspired surface combines the organic character of linen with the soft luster of viscose and the strength of performance fibers. The resulting textile has depth, movement, and a tailored feel—perfect for silhouettes that benefit from subtle pattern and dimension.

Craftsmanship

Produced on specialty looms, Tweedy Linen blends long-staple Belgian flax with viscose yarns to create a nuanced, multi-tonal weave. Polyamide enhances durability and supports the fabric’s structure, ensuring it upholsters cleanly while maintaining its distinctive texture. Each batch is washed and finished to soften the hand without compromising the crispness of the weave. Double-needle stitching is standard, with Parisian stitch or welt available as elevated detailing.
