Grade E | Twizel

Twizel is a textured, basketweave upholstery fabric woven from a sophisticated blend of viscose, polyacrylic, cotton, modal, wool, and linen. The combination of natural and engineered fibers creates a surface with quiet depth—soft to the touch, subtly varied, and visually grounded. Its organic weave structure gives each colorway a timeless, lived-in richness that suits both relaxed silhouettes and more tailored upholstery.

Craftsmanship

Twizel is constructed on dobby looms using a multi-fiber yarn system that blends the crispness of linen, the softness of cotton and modal, and the subtle warmth of wool. Viscose introduces a gentle sheen, while polyacrylic strengthens the weave for long-term durability. The yarns are woven in a tight basketweave pattern, then balanced and finished to ensure consistency and dimensional stability. Double-needle stitching is standard for a clean, structured finish.
