Each batch begins with seawater harvested from pristine Atlantic waters, then carefully filtered multiple times before being slowly boiled down into a concentrated brine. This deliberate process removes secondary minerals and impurities, allowing pure salt crystals to form naturally. The brine is transferred into custom finishing pans, where a slower evaporation yields delicate flake crystals. Once formed, the salt is hand-harvested, drained, dried, and thoughtfully sorted before packaging. The result is a clean, natural sea salt produced in small batches with time, intention, and care.
